What does it mean? This means that when planning a baby, we consider all the risks we may face. We do this because we want to be sure that the baby will be born healthy or to be able to identify any problems in time to avoid difficulties and worries in the future.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">The Genetics Centre offers couples a recessive disease test, which is especially important if you are planning a baby or suspect close kinship. This will help you understand whether you are not a carrier of the same genetic changes that may directly affect your baby&#8217;s conception and development.
